Avanti Experience

Avanti means “Move Forward” in Italian and that’s exactly what you’ll do during an Avanti Experience. We are not calling this a retreat, because retreat means moving backwards.  In true Avanti fashion, we will move forward with an experience of a lifetime. 


This agenda incorporates a balance of activities to stimulate the mind, nourish the body, and nurture the soul, fostering personal growth and team bonding. All experiences, sessions and food will be curated to provide a shot of joy to all every part of your being.  And because of Dave’s comedy background, many smiles are guaranteed throughout Avanti Experience! 


Day 1: Renewing the Mind

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Arrival and Check-In
  • 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Welcome and Introductions
  • 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Mindfulness Meditation Session
  • 10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Break
  • 10:45 AM - 12:00 PM: Vision and Goal Setting Workshop

Lunch Break

Afternoon:

  • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving Exercises
  • 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Afternoon Adventures (Canoes, Paddle Boats & Kayaks, Oh My!) 
  • 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Reflection and Journaling Time
  • 7:00 PM: Dinner and Networking

Day 2: Renewing the Body

Morning:

  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Group Yoga
  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Team Building Activities
  • 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Break/Reflection
  • 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Follow up to Team Building Activities

Lunch Break

Afternoon:

  • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Stress Management and Wellness Workshop
  • 3:00 PM - 3:15 PM: Afternoon Break
  • 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM: Personal Development Workshops (e.g., Time Management, Communication Skills)
  • 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Free Time (Hiking, Water Fun)
  • 7:00 PM: Dinner and Social Event (Bonfire, Group Games, etc.)

Day 3: Renewing the Soul

Morning:

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Guided Nature Walk and Meditation Session
  • 10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Morning Break
  • 10:45 AM - 12:00 PM: Gratitude and Mindfulness Practices Workshop

Lunch Break with Comedian (Sky Sands?)

Afternoon:

  • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Team Reflection and Sharing Circle
  • 3:00 PM:  Goodbyes and head home for the weekend!
