David is an entrepreneur, professional speaker, author, podcaster, coach, and now combines his love and experience in comedy. His successes include being a three-time Inc. Magazine 5000 Growth Company winner, a Rochester Top 100 Company, a two-time TEDx speaker, Founder of his local EO Chapter, and an adjunct professor at the University of Rochester. David is a graduate of the University at Buffalo and of the MIT Entrepreneurial Master’s Program, an executive education program offered through the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
Kathy Klotz-Guest, MA, MBA, Founder of Keeping it Humanâ„ , is a global speaker, author, former corporate senior leader and comedian who wraps big business lessons, stories, and transformation in humor and play. When companies and teams including Amazon, Cisco, and Microsoft need to inject bold thinking and communication for innovation, they call Kathy. She spent 20 years leading teams in Silicon Valley tech to product, marketing and global comms success and 25 years on comedy stages, including sketch writing at Second City LA. When you use search engines, you use tech her teams created.
Kathy’s last book, “Stop Boring Me!” was named an Inc.com “CEO must-read” and was a Creativity and Humor top ten selling book on Amazon. When she’s not on business stages, you can catch her teaching or performing improv and stand-up comedy at clubs such as The Improv, Comedy Chateau, The Funny Bone and at festivals across the country. She lives in Silicon Valley with her family and is working on her fourth book.
Steve is known as the Attitude Adjuster. You can’t attend one of his keynote speeches, seminars, or read his books and leave with the same attitude. He’s a personal development expert, comedian, motivational speaker, and author. His popular PBS special brought him into millions of homes. It’s no surprise that he’s been inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame, an honor bestowed upon on fewer than 200 speakers worldwide since 1977.
Caitlin Drago’s mission is to create cultures of empathy, creativity, and trust, beginning with how people communicate and connect. She is an LA-based actor turned upstate NY-based certified leadership coach, trainer, facilitator,and author of Approaching Improv – Communication and Connection in Business and Beyond.
Acting taught her to be present, self-aware, empathetic and to prioritize connection with others. Improv taught her to listen, trust her gut and deal with the unexpected in a positive and creative way. She currently works with leaders and teams to help them to listen to one another, communicate and connect, using improvisation as a platform for interactive learning.
As a CREATOR, Chris leverages his wide range of experiences to develop new, fresh and thoughtful ideas geared toward making an impact with the target audience identified on each project.
As a PRODUCER, Chris is known for bringing a natural and creative approach to content development, having worked on feature films, documentaries, music videos, commercials, stage productions, live events, touring shows, school assemblies and Internet shows.
As a WRITER, Chris’s works have been seen or heard on stage, TV, web, radio and live outlets ranging from short commercial scripts to full length stage productions.
As a HOST, Chris loves getting lost in the moment, whether he’s leading a crowd at a festival, cueing up the next big moment at a corporate event, or sitting down with a guest making genuine connections and sharing their story.
He currently brings life to Good Morning America’s Official Mascot, GMA Ray.
Gary Ware, the Founder of Breakthrough Play is a sought-after Corporate Facilitator and Keynote Speaker with nearly a decade of experience as performer in improv theatre. He assists teams with unlocking creativity, confidence, and sparks collaboration with experiential methods proven to drive peak performance. Gary spent over a decade in the corporate world and originally pursued improv to master public speaking. He quickly discovered that combining improv and play could be a powerful solution to achieve various business challenges. Naturally, he created workshops for his team and other executives in his network to deepen relationships and improve creativity.
